[ensembl-dev] Missing CpG island tracks from Pig genome

Hi Simon, 

Can you tell me exactly from which path you are expecting the data?
There are some missing files at the moment on our FTP, which I am
fixing right now, but it'll take some time.

I just want to check that your expected data aren't part of this.
