[ensembl-dev] VEP dbNSFP Plugin

Hi Sage,

If you want to use the GRCh37 REST server version, then dbNSFPv4.0a.zip 
is the one. You can use this version of zip as long as you process it 
according to the plugin instructions for GRCh37.

The dbNSFPv3.5a can also be found on dbNSFP's google drive. Hope that 
link works for you: https://sites.google.com/site/jpopgen/dbNSFP .
