Dear Ensembl team,

The attached image shows rather peculiar topology of Ugt2a3 gene ENSRNOG00000001973 in rat genome. The mouse ENSMUSG00000035780 and human ENSG00000135220 counterparts are disentangled and reasonably defined.

The rat toxicogenomic RNA-Seq data might be helpful to resolve these issues and are available at GSE144219.
