[ensembl-dev] VEP dbNSFP Plugin

Hi,

The instructions in the vep plugin page for the dbNSFP  plugin say to use the dbNSFPv3.5a.zip for GRCh37/hg19 but it's no longer available at ftp://dbnsfp:dbnsfp@dbnsfp.softgenetics.com
Any suggestions as to what I can use for GRCh37? Can I use the dbNSFPv4.0a.zip. (I did find the 3.5a version elsewhere)

I would like to use the same version found here https://grch37.rest.ensembl.org/
