Hello,
Just a short question, I am using API from release 75 (downloaded from github branch release 75).
Does the API automatically use online the genome version of release 75 or do I have to tell it somewhere in the script?
Best,

Hi G
You can get the coordinates of the PARs wrt X by clicking on them in
the Y, and wrt Y by clicking on them in the X. They're the dark blue
highlighting in these chromosome views:

All the best

Hi,
I have a set of genotyped variants on chromosome X which I
would like to impute. To be able to specify the corresponding
reference imputation pannel (PAR1, PAR2 or nonPAR), I need to
know in which of these corresponding regions my variants are
located.
Could you please provide me with the GRCH37 coordinates in
the x-chromosome delineating PAR1, PAR2 and non PAR?
Thanks!
Best regards.
