Hi Peng,
Just to add to Magali's response, the current assembly of the Mouse genome in Ensembl is GRCm38:
http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Info/Annotation#assembly
The previous assembly was NCBIm37:
http://may2012.archive.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Info/Index
I believe mm37 refers to the previous assembly of the mouse genome (which was last available in Ensembl release 66).
