Hi Peng,

The mouse assembly mm9 is also known as MGSCv37 or NCBIM37.

Since release 68, ensembl has annotated the mouse assembly mm10, or GRCm38.

To access the old assembly, you can use our archive website:
http://may2012.archive.ensembl.org/index.html
