Hi Naveen

It looks like Apache mod_perl is not configured correctly - mod_headers.so is an Apache module, not part of the Ensembl codebase, so the server shouldn't be looking in ensembl/modules on startup. Did you follow our instructions for compiling Apache, or use the version that came with your OS?
