[ensembl-dev] Failed to add BAM tracks, .bai present, .bam sorted, need detailed error codes

Hi Andrew,

I've just checked the log files and found this

"Expected Partial Content 206. 
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/rcloud/downloads/22_sorted.bam;byterange=0-: 
404 Not Found

Can't get data socket for 
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/rcloud/downloads/22_sorted.bam"

I seem to remember that the last time we saw this error it was a problem 
with the set up of the server hosting the BAM file. Also ensembl 
requires a BAM file to be sorted before we will upload it so if one of 
your files is not sorted you will not be able to display it even when 
you have fixed the problem with the file server.
