[ensembl-dev] Failed to add BAM tracks, .bai present, .bam sorted, need detailed error codes

Dear Ens-dev

	I'm trying to add these 2 BAM files as BAM tracks and getting errors. the .bai files are there. One of the files is assumed to be unsorted. But I'm not entirely sure as this was brought to us. The sorted files was sorted, but it doesn't display as well. Could someone please check the logs to see the detailed reason the files fail to load/add.
