[ensembl-dev] Sequence differences between UCSC and Ensembl HG19 for Mitochondria

Hello Duarte,

Ensembl uses the new version of the mitochondrion sequence, i.e. the
rCRS/Mitomap sequence / NC_012920.1 (**
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/251831106), while UCSC has not updated
to this version yet.

Please see also the note on http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway under
the header 'Assembly Details - Note on chrM'.
