[ensembl-dev] Sequence differences between UCSC and Ensembl HG19 for Mitochondria

Dear Developers

I am noticed that the HG19 mitochondria sequence ENSEMBL retrieves for coordinates 1-1000 is different from UCSC genome browser.

Could you tell me why is this the case?
