Hi Sounder,
If you left click on an [A] a link and select 'Copy Link location' then
paste the link into a text file does it have all the parameters set
correctly? The bit of code generating these links is in
perl/multi/blastview search for "my $A_link" somewhere around line 2328
this is the part of the code you need to be debugging if the link is not
being generated correctly.
If it's a case of the link being created correctly but the parameters
being removed when you go to the page I'm not sure what would be causing
that.\
