         Also the problem is as I mentioned in the document, The hspid,hit id etc., and other parameters are empty and so I guess it is not retrieved properly.I think this is problem with persistence.

Hi Sounder

The issue is not the object query per se, but the subsequent attempt to get all the hit information back. Looking again at your screeshots, it would appear that your BLAST query is returning too many hits, which is why your server is running out of memory. Try submitting a new ticket with parameters that return fewer results.
