Hello Dr Wolf,
We've had experienced several issues within our infrastructure lately,
and unusual traffic too.
The issues have been addressed and mostly resolved now.
At the moment, both GRCh37 and E!104 REST APIs are up and running.
The next Ensembl release (114) - also because of the above-mentioned
issues - has slipped, and should go live by the end of April.
Thank you for your patience and for using our services.
Any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Kind regards,
Stefano on behalf of the Ensembl Team
