[ensembl-dev] Certain rest servers down since weeks

Hi,

it seems like certain archives are down since several weeks. Two of the ones i'm using are:
https://grch37-archive.rest.ensembl.org/
https://may2021.rest.ensembl.org/

It's quite random what happens, but usually you get an error on the first page, but you have an almost 100% chance to see it when you look at any endpoint (just look at the examples that do not load).

Is there any plan to get those archives back up?

While i'm at it, a blog post announced an Ensembl release in March, is there a timeline for this?
