[ensembl-dev] ID History Converter prints some wrong results

Dear Tycho,

Thanks for your email and for flagging this up to us.

I regret to confirm you are right: we have a bug in the process feeding 
information into the `stable_id_event` table and hence into the ID 
History converter.

FYI, the stable IDs in your email below are all retired.
