[ensembl-dev] Accessing transcript flags though the API

I see that on the Ensembl website the transcript table has some really useful flags on it, things such as Transcript Support Level and APRIS category.  I'd really like to add these to the annotations I'm building.  Is there an easy way to access these through the Perl API?
