[ensembl-dev] Vep crashes

Hi Steve and Anne,

Your fix worked well for about a week or so. VEP now crashes again and a message I get is that it is web server problem. I submitted several requests through Helpdesk but nothing has change and wonder if you could help again, since you already know about this problem.
