[ensembl-dev] Affymetrix for Rhesus Macaque

Hi Sébastien,

Just to follow up on what Ben said, the rhesus macaque assembly was updated to Mmul_8.0.1 and the gene set was rebuilt on this assembly for e86. This is an important point as any analysis done on the old assembly (pre e86) will not be equivalent to an analysis done on the new assembly.
