[ensembl-dev] prerequisites for Bio-DB-HTS

Hi,
I did that but it failed!
On a virtual machine with root access, I ran

cpan Module::Build

but it said

  Can't test without successful makeRunning make install
  Make had returned bad status, install seems impossible



Why it doesn't download the prerequisites automatically?
