[ensembl-dev] VEP 90 --dir option

Hi Brad,

I couldn’t reproduce the problem. Do you get an error message which you can share? Which cache directory is specified in your output file? There should be a line starting with '## Using cache in’. Have you updated your cache files to most recent files from release/90? Could you please try and use —dir_cache (from cache options http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/script/vep_options.html <http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/script/vep_options.html>) and see if that works?
