[ensembl-dev] ExAC on hg38 variants

Dear devs,

As far as I know ExAC data still on hg19 genome version on latest release.
I'm using VEP cache and Ensembl DB with version 86/hg38. Is it possible 
to use the --maf_exac option even with hg38 data? Does Ensembl cache 
include some kind of lifted over data to work with hg38 VEP annotation?
