[ensembl-dev] VEP print summary of cache database

Hi Hans,

They are serialized with Storable (with an option to convert to Sereal with
convert_cache.pl).

The methods Bio::EnsEMBL::Variation::Utils::VEP::serialize_to_file and
::deserialize_from_file are a good place to look (though they are not
exported, you'll have to look up the code yourself).
