[ensembl-dev] VEP print summary of cache database

Hi Will,

I may try reading the serialized objects with Perl just to see the storage
structure.  What did you use to do create these objects? Storable,
Data::Dumper, Sereal, Data::Serializer, other?  I'll read up on the
documentation and see if I can put something together.
