[ensembl-dev] missing TSL annotation

Hi Vasisht,

The TSL data is not available for our GRCh37 transcript set, I'm afraid.

This was a new feature introduced after Ensembl release 75, at which point
most of the Ensembl data on GRCh37 was frozen.
