[ensembl-dev] missing TSL annotation

Hi,

I’m trying to annotate transcript support level using the —tsl option and this field always seems to be empty. This seems to be the case both with running script (release 79) offline and the web interface. I’m using GRCh37 as the reference with the —merged option in offline mode.
