[ensembl-dev] Hello, Abount 1KG.phase3 data ?

We use CrossMap for our assembly converter tool - you can input VCF files, though it will take a long time with large amounts of data.

If you don’t want to use the online tool, you will need to download and install CrossMap (a Python script) and also obtain our chain files and FASTA files, which I think are available from the FTP site.
