[ensembl-dev] configuring bigbed sources

Hi Andrew

Looking at our code, it appears to assume that internal BigBed sources are on a local file system, not served via http. I would need to make a change to the current webcode in order for your track to work.

We have a release due out early next month - let me know if this is soon enough for you.
