[ensembl-dev] VEP installing cache to other directory

Hi Eva,

If using the INSTALL.pl script, use -c:

perl INSTALL.pl -c /path/to/cache/dir

(all options are listed if you run perl INSTALL.pl -h, or see
http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/script/vep_download.html#run_install
)

Then when you run the VEP script, point to that dir with --dir_cache:

perl variant_effect_predictor.pl --dir_cache /path/to/cache/dir
