exons chr position ref alt
41827 11 117869670 A G
41827 11 117869878 C T
12086 16 81819644 A G

Hi Eva,

This is probably a bug - can you provide an example variant that gives this result?

Thanks

Hi,

After running VEP I realised that some variations do have numbers like ‘46569’ in the Exons number field, rather than for example ’18/20’. Does anyone know why this is?

Thanks very much,

Eva
