[ensembl-dev] Most severe annotation per allele

Hello!

I've noticed all the collapsing options (--pick, --most_severe, and --per_gene) all seem to choose one consequence per VCF record. However, I would think that for multi-allelic sites, it may be advantageous in many cases to return one for each alternate allele. Maybe I missed it, but is there a way to do this in VEP?
