Hello Ksenia,
While looking just into TCP, here Bull and Wheat Triticum, showing, Bombus JL651282, JP820560 respectively., can also look at relating the latter of, JP820565, covering more to the right ().
While relating human, being and EST, as in BU169135, also BU198995 where coverage varies.

This is regarding T. aestivum annotation Ensembl
v22. It looks like the stop codons are not part
of CDS as defined by Sequence Ontology but are placed
instead in 3'UTRs.
This affects some feature extractions and variant
prediction with VEP (no 'stop_loss' category).
