[ensembl-dev] Variant Tissue information

Hi Guillermo

Ensembl Variation does not have any tissue-specific information available
I'm afraid.

The Core database offers tissue-specific RNASeq data, while the Regulation
database carries cell-specific regulatory features (which you can access
using --cell_type in the VEP). You might like to investigate these further
to see if they might help you.
