[ensembl-dev] problem git installation bioperl

Dear Julien,

If you do the following, it should work (I notice this isn't in the docs at
http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/api/api_git.html):

git clone https://github.com/bioperl/bioperl-live.git
cd bioperl-live
git checkout bioperl-release-1-6-1
