[ensembl-dev] ensembl-tools 75: Missing release tag

Ah, I was looking at the releases/tags list rather than the branch-derived
archive GH generates. I've updated the homebrew formula (
https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-science/blob/master/ensembl-tools.rb)
with the latest change. The tutorial is linked correctly. Many thanks for
the improvements to https handling in the installation script.
