please note the redirect only works for unique identifiers
some species have the same id for gene and transcript
in this case the users are redirected to a search result page, e.g
http://www.ensemblgenomes.org/id/F53H8.4
if you are only interested in genes, you would be better off using the
gene specific url, e.g
http://www.ensemblgenomes.org/id-gene/F53H8.4
