Dear Usman

Thanks for your reply. I just checked that there are several plant genomes in the folder ftp://ftp.ensemblgenomes.org/pub/plants/current/vep/, most of them have files in them except triticum aestivum.

Cheers
Piyush

Hi

I have downloded a VEP cache for triticum aestivum from here ftp://ftp.ensemblgenomes.org/pub/plants/current/vep/triticum_aestivum_vep_20.tar.gz
but there is nothing in the file. I was wondering if you could update this file or if you can send me the cache through email.

Thanks.

Kind Regards
Piyush
