I was wondering if someone could explain to me the difference I see in this
RSid

in the Ensembl database and in the NCBI snp database


http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens

vf=3859232

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?rs=4970378

in NCBI the alleles are C/T
ln Ensembl they are AG

Why the discrepancy?
