[ensembl-dev] VEP error: Forked process failed.

Hi Guillermo,

The Conservation plugin was written before forking support was introduced
in the VEP, so it has not been tested using this.

The plugin author is no longer actively developing it, so you're unlikely
to get a response from them - I believe it was intended as a relatively
simple example plugin in any case.

It works OK for me under testing, but perhaps the input I have is not
recreating the issue - if you have some input that causes it to crash
reliably then you could pass it on to the list.

I've updated the plugin on GitHub with a fix that I think might help, but
without further info I can't do any more.
