[ensembl-dev] VEP error: Forked process failed.

Hello Will,

I've updated VEP downloading it again from Ensembl website. It seems to 
be working now.

Conservation plugin on VEP repository is still causing fork process 
failed error.

I've opened a github issue without answer and even mailed the plugin author.
