[ensembl-dev] Very long branch lengths in Compara gene trees

Hi Matthieu,
Many thanks for the quick answer.  I looked at some cases where this
happens and the genes in question don't align particularly well but there
are also others which are similarly distant and have more reasonable branch
lengths.  I guess for now I'll just exclude the troublesome genes from my
analyses.
