[ensembl-dev] how to get genes from unplaced scaffolds via Perl API

I'm not sure if theres a seq_region_attrib that tags these scaffolds.

They are in the database though.

Via ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/genomes/Eukaryotes/vertebrates_mammals/Mus_musculus/GRCm38/Primary_Assembly/

There's a list of the unplaced scaffolds and their accessions, and while I only looked at one, they seem to be in the core database. So worse case scenario is you may have to fetch slice per name. But I may be wrong.

Best ask someone from the ensembl/ensembl gene build team? who created the ensembl build.
