[ensembl-dev] Difference in output file of VEP script of different version

Hello,

Some increase in size can be expected due to changes in how much
information we are able to report about each variant, although I am
surprised you had such a large increase.

I assume you have used the same command line options with each run?

It might be useful to know the difference in the number of lines of output
each version produced - you can get this using wc under unix:

wc -l my_output_2.2.txt my_output_2.6.txt
