[ensembl-dev] itemRgb="On" and useScore=3 down work together

Dear Anne, James, this doesn't need to be PNG transparency. When you render histograms - at the rendering time - use transparency defined in the colour alpha component, the resulting image doesn't need to be transparent. It will only matter that they overlay properly.
