Hi Andrew,
We can apply alpha-blending via GD, but I'm not sure what these
overlapping things are? At the moment you'd just get a slightly fainter
histogram, surely? If you want to render two histograms in the same
place you all the config, ordering, zmenu, etc, issues of composite
tracks remain, surely, to be overcome before translucency is useful?
Or is the idea that features rendered from a single eg BED file as
blocks aren't bumped into different vertical positions when they overlap
but superimpose on top of each other?
