Hello Sunita,
Using the VEP is currently the only way to get Condel scores through
Ensembl for variant positions.
If you already have the scores of the constituent packages calculated (SIFT
and PolyPhen), you may be able to reuse some of the code in the Condel VEP
plugin to write a short script to do the Condel calculation for you.
