[ensembl-dev] POD to Doxygen errors

Hi Dan,

I think that's because currently the doxygen parser assumes that anything in the description should be taken verbatim & since we render that section with no markup any =head tag will be mis-interprited. 

At the moment I don't think we can do much about it unless we parse/convert the POD into smaller bits of HTML which I'll put on a list of things to do
