[ensembl-dev] local compara

Hi all and Happy new year,

After various complex (for me) episodes and with your help, I was nearly 
successfull
in installing and running an Ensembl v64 bacterial mirror site (still 
some bugs).
But I am not out of the wood yet.

I now need to add some other buchnera species and run compara pipeline
with them.
I did not find Docs on how to install compara pipeline on my local Ensembl
installation.
Are there some guidelines to do that?
