[ensembl-dev] Local installation

Just to clarify

You need two databases:

buchnera_collection_core_11_64
ensembl_website_64

The first of these uses the Ensembl core schema and will have your data loaded into it, the second uses the ensembl_website schema and needs to have the ensembl_website_64 sql files loaded into it.
